Refunds
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for return shipping costs are not available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Warranty Conditions and Right of Withdrawal
- The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by the customer dropping or mishandling the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the item with care.
- The right of withdrawal is valid only if the packaging is unopened and in its original condition. If the packaging has been opened or the product used, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Returns (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email using our contact form.
Shipping
We will provide you with instructions via email on where to send your item for return.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item worth more than 750 SEK, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
